Citizen Ambassadorship Program Mission Statement
Becoming a Citizen Ambassador from Earth is an important and meaningful step to create new, honest connections between Earth and the benign ET’s in our Milky Way galaxy through the auspices of The Lodestone Bridge, the assistance of Francesca Thoman’s ET Postcards from Home, and the Citizen Ambassador Program. As a Citizen Ambassador, you are a part of a team.
As a Citizen Ambassador to the ET’s, you are strongly advised to work with The Lodestone Bridge, any and all of your ET contacts, and any and all of your fellow Citizen Ambassadors with honesty, integrity, transparency, discretion, and discernment. You also agree to work with your ET contacts, the Lodestone Bridge, all other Citizen Ambassadors, and Francesca Thoman and everyone connected to her graciously and with respect for all.
The Lodestone Bridge Mission Statement
The Lodestone Bridge is dedicated to promoting friendship and beneficial communication between people of Earth and extraterrestrial worlds. We are also dedicated to re-portraying Earth to the galaxy in order to break Earth’s long centuries of isolation from other worlds. To do this, we are voluntarily increasing our mental, emotional, etheric and spiritual contact between Earth and the galaxy. Under the auspices of the Galactic Federation, we work with only those beings that have agreed to communication with mutual respect.
Many of these beings have expressed much interest in sharing the human experiences of culture mentally and emotionally, including stage plays, movies and other presentations such as reading books; sharing time on vacation trips into nature; museums and other areas of human experience. Many of the beings themselves are excellent telepaths and empaths. The other forms of contact are our meditations and channeled information.
We offer several methods of participating in this cultural exchange of experiences and personal friendships. The main methods of contact provided are etheric travel, either through the “Ladder and Line” method of meditation or through the stargates, under the auspices of the Stellar Representatives: Mir Tarr for Sirius, Shambeytas for the Galactic Federation, and Oh Uuoh Tamleeohn Ohn, of the Galactic Center Council.
The Lodestone Bridge stands emphatically apart from those who promote confusion, paranoia, distrust, or have malicious intent. The beings we work with, as in the Rangers of the Galactic Federation and related groups, desire to work responsibly with human beings, in order to protect all concerned.
By creating the Citizen Ambassadors, we hope to begin another phase of human consciousness with this Bridge of understanding. The authenticity and honesty with which you choose to approach this bridge is the honesty and integrity you will receive in return, from those who would communicate with us again.
Citizen Ambassadorship Program Bylaws
As this Citizen Ambassadorship Program is an unparalleled opportunity to learn about other beings, civilizations, and methods of approaching the circumstances in your life with an expansive and inclusive attitude in an atmosphere of mutual respect. Your status as a Citizen Ambassador must be handled with respect, discretion, and discernment, with no intentions for your own aggrandizement, nor to use or abuse any other person, extraterrestrial, or living being for your own purposes of creating any kind of cult of personality or to create a controlling structure with the information you receive. You will permanently and completely refrain from using or abusing any other Citizen Ambassador or those connected to him or her, Francesca Thoman or anyone related to or connected with her, or any of the Extraterrestrial contacts in any way, and you will never try to sell products, services, ideas, or systems to any other member, or those people associated with any member, of The Lodestone Bridge and the team of Citizen Ambassadors without prior expressed permission.
In all circumstances, do your best to be courteous and thoughtful to all members, human or extraterrestrial, and to act in integrity in all situations.
Respect copyright laws as regards this Citizen Ambassador Program, The Lodestone Bridge, the Citizen Ambassador’s Newsletter, and any and all other intellectual property of any member.
Respect the privacy or all members, and respect each person’s religion, politics, beliefs, and opinions as far as reasonably possible. Bullying, personal attacks, libel, and slander are never allowed.
If you break any of these rules consistently, and cannot or do not change your attitudes and/or actions when requested by the other Citizen Ambassadors, you will receive a Notice of Termination. Business, family, or ideological disputes between members should be handled between these members first, in a meeting of the other Citizen Ambassadors with Francesca Thoman second only if there is no other way of creating the peace; you will respect your termination from the Citizen Ambassador’s Program if needed and will of course be subject to all existing laws within our human society.
The ET Postcards from Home and Picture Postcards from Home are offered at a standard rate, but, within reason, there is no specific limit to the total number of sessions, although there should be no more than two per month.
The monthly Newsletter, “Citizen Ambassadors’ Community Newsletter,” will have two articles, be offered for free to any and all members that wish it, and anyone can unsubscribe at any time. As the community of the Citizen Ambassadors grows, anyone in the Community may offer an article, although final inclusion of that article is at Francesca Thoman’s discretion.
All members must take every effort to avoid creating a cult of personality, methods, beliefs, or “religion,” so that this Community will remain free of coercion, unreasonable expectations such as demanding that the members of the community surrender all worldly goods, family ties, or any other aspect of daily life.
As a Citizen Ambassador, you are given the opportunity to share your human experiences such as a trip to the beach, a walk in the woods, a concert, a fine meal, a meeting with old friends, reading a book, or other moments of positive, life-affirming, and interesting life experiences at your discretion. If you feel hounded, burdened, or harried, you are free to dissolve any and all connections to any and all of the extraterrestrials.
As a human Citizen Ambassador to the greater galaxy, you are responsible for treating your ET Contacts with respect, without demanding advice for your day-to-day issues and/or challenges: these are civilized, intelligent beings with their own cultures and intelligence, and are NOT to be regarded as gurus, life coaches, doctors, health practitioners, psychologists, lawyers, or to give any such advice to you or to any other human being. Your relationship with your ET Contacts must be kept private, and in no way should be used for your self-aggrandizement, to create a cult following, whether on social media or other human relationships. It is requested that a Citizen Ambassador be willing to commit to one to three hours per week of communication with their ET Ambassador counterpart.
Francesca Thoman and the Extraterrestrials of the Citizen Ambassadors’ Program will make every effort to train all Citizen Ambassadors regarding focus for transmitting and receiving images and/or information, psychic protection, and clear communication. The Extraterrestrial of The Lodestone Bridge, and Sirian Council, Federation Council, and the Galactic Center Council will only present themselves at the human Citizen Ambassadors’ discretion and permission. In his way the Citizen Ambassador will have full and total control regarding when and where the extraterrestrials link their minds to the human Citizen Ambassador’s experience.
